2nd UDC Equality Plan 2019-2022

Approved by the Governing Council on 3 April 2019

The 2nd Equality Plan, approved in the meeting of the Governing Council held on 3 April 2019, was developed around four work axes:

  • Governance, Social Responsibility and Mainstreaming
  • Gender-based perspective in teaching and research activity
  • Prevention and intervention in the face of violence against women
  • Balance, personal development and career

The measures and actions planned in each axis are aimed at the different groups that make up the UDC:

teaching staff, students and administrative and service staff, but also, ultimately, society as a whole.

The Direction of the OIX agrees to extend the validity of the II Equality Plan until the approval of the III Equality Plan, which is currently being drawn up and negotiated within the framework of the Negotiating Committee of the III Equality Plan, constituted on 28 July 2022.
