The REDIX promotes change in teaching and research culture through the dissemination of materials and resources for the inclusion of the gender perspective and the values of equality and diversity in the university context.

The network consists of teaching and research staff from different areas of the University of A Coruña who look to advance the quality and innovation of teaching and research and who are also committed to the effective incorporation of the principle of equality between men and women.
