EndNote basic: reference manager

EndNote basic is the web-based reference manager provided by the Web of Science via FECYT to help researchers and students manage their bibliographies and integrate them in their publications and academic works.                     

It allows:

  • Fast and easy retrieval of references from a wide variety of online data sources such as PubMed or the Web of Science via direct exportation, online search or importation of text files.        
  • Storage of up to 50.000 references in its own password protected library.
  • Reference sharing with other users of EndNote.
  • The Cite While You Write tool for Word enables to insert references instantly.

It is necessary to create an account to use it: Click on "Sign in" in the main page of the Web of Science. Then click "Register" and follow the instructions.
