We’re taking advantage of the summer to showcase works in which travel is the central theme: some are accounts of the authors’ own experiences, while others are purely fictional; we’ve also included theoretical essays on this literary genre and travel guides.
Día das Letras Galegas 2017: Carlos Casares

Carlos Casares wrote tales, novels, children's literature, essays, biographies and he translated works such as The Little Prince or The old man and the sea. We pay homage to him with this exhibition in this year’s Día das Letras Galegas.
Cinema and literature
(February-April 2017)
The close relationship between literature and cinema is the reason behind this exhibition (which we already organized in 2015): we place the literary work accompanied by its film version so that you can appreciate the differences and similarities between one and the other.
