As well as in person or by telephone, you can manage your loans online. From My account you can check the books you have borrowed and the dates on which you have to return them, make renewals, reserve books or check your loan history.

Accessing your account and logging in as a UDC member allows:

• Find out about the lending policy for physical copies and their availability.

• Access the full text of electronic resources subscribed by the library.

• Renew loans, reserve documents and request them from other libraries.

• Configure preferences, save searches and define favourites.

Important: an unidentified user will not be able to see the type of loan and the conditions associated with each copy.

If you are an external user registered in UDC Passport, you must also access your account as a UDC User.

From your user account, you can renew the titles you have on loan, as long as the term has not expired.

In the option My loans, you can see the list of active loans and the expiry dates. Select the titles you are interested in renewing.

It is always interesting to have your loans saved in your account in case you want to consult "that interesting book you looked at a few months ago".

From your account, in the option My loans you can select to see the list of your previous loans.
