Plots of Pi (nucleotide substitutions per site) values along the nucleotide sequences of H1 and H3 histone genes in overlapping steps of 10 sites

Pi was computed following Jukes & Cantor correction, in a sliding window of 50 sites in lenght, and with continuous and overlapping steps of 10 sites.
