Dr Tarvo Mill

Dr Tarvo is a professor at TTK UAS, Institute of Civil Engineering. He studied his bachelor at Tallinn College of Engineering. He obtained his PhD at Tallinn University of Technology. The field of research was "Terrestrial laser scanning technology for engineering applications and detecting deformations". He participates in the project "The effect of heavy vehicles on bridges. The validation of traffic loads and the analysis of their effect", at the TTK University of Applied Sciences, Institute of Civil Engineering. Between his recent publications, we can find "Assessment of along-normal uncertainties for application to terrestrial laser scanning surveys of engineering structures", "Simulation of terrestrial laser scanning errors occurring during deformation monitoring. 3rd Joint International Symposium on Deformation Monitoring (JISDM) Proceedings" and "Geodetic Monitoring of Bridge Deformations Occurring during Static Load Testing. The Baltic Journal of Road and Bridge Engineering".
