The 3rd Equality Plan is developed around five work axes:

• Equality-based governance and equality policies
• Gender perspective in teaching, research and transfer activities
• Education, awareness-raising and communication
• Prevention of and intervention against different forms of gender-based violence
• Balance, co-responsibility and well-being

The measures and actions planned in each axis are aimed at the different groups that make up the UDC: teaching staff, students and administrative and service staff, but also, ultimately, society as a whole.
