Support the personal researcher pre-doctoral in training by promoting the development of doctors by means of training grants, mobility grants, complement to agreements pre-doctoral, prizes of investigation, grants for the publication of the thesis or in magazines of high impact or other costs derived from their research work.
Students enrolled in a UDC doctoral program in the 2025/26 academic year.
a) Be enrolled or admitted to a doctoral program at the University of A Coruña (UDC) for the 2025/26 academic year. Recipients of a grant must be enrolled and up to date with public fees to qualify for the grant.
b) Students enrolled in the 2024/25 academic year or earlier, must have passed the annual assessments by the CAPD.
c) Be a national of a European Union Member State. However, non-EU citizens may be eligible for the grant, with the maximum number of grants that can be awarded to non-EU citizens being one (1).
d) Not have received this grant in previous calls.
e) Be previously registered for the Santander Research Scholarship Program (Financial Aid for Predoctoral Research Staff 2025) through the platform provided for this purpose:

Students with contractual or statutory ties to another university, institution, or research center external to the UDC are not eligible to apply for this grant.

The gross amount of each grant will be €2,000.
Payment will be made by transfer to the Banco Santander account indicated by the predoctoral researcher, of which they must be the account holder, following the instructions set out in the final decision of the call for applications.
