I have about 12 years that I am a finance lecturer at University Aleksandër Moisiu Durrës in Albania, and I hold a PhD in Economics Sciences, Finance – Bank Profile. Also, I have teach as a part time lecturer in Epoka University and University Luigj Gurakuqi. I am co-author of three books in the field of finance and eight monographies published in Amazon and also I have published more than 30 papers, the major part with Scopus, Impact Factor and Thomson Reuters in Italy, Montenegro, Hungary, United Kingdom, Germany, Singapor, USA, France, Canada, etc. I have participated in many trainings and courses, and among other things, I am on the editorial board of different journals in USA, editor in chief, co-editor in chief, as well as scientific collaborator at the Institute for Scientific Research and Development in Montenegro, and member of UdECom Balkan.

In May 2021 I was part of the Teaching Mobility in the Technical University, Sofia, Bulgaria. In October 2019 I was a speaker in the STTPA Conference 2019: Sustainability, Transdisciplinary, Theory, Practice and Action" in the University of Toronto. In March and April 2019 I was part of the Teaching Mobility in Andrei Saguna University, Romania and Kodolanyi Janos University, Hungary. In May 2018 I was part of the Teaching Mobility in Danubius University. In June 2018 I has completed the Summer School “Advanced Measurement of Quality of Working Life” in France. In 27-30 September 2018, I was as a speaker in the World Youth Forum Right to Dialogue “Ethics of Complexity”, in the XI Edition, in Trieste, Italy. In 03-04 December 2018, I have participated in the 3rd UNWTO/UNESCO World Conference on Tourism and Culture, Istanbul, Turkey. I was Member of the HISTEK project, Interreg IPA-CBC, titled "Senior Technical Specialists in Key Learning Technologies (KETs)" where the Faculty of Business at Aleksander Moisiu University in Durres is a partner.
