Her doctoral research, focused on Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship, earned the highest distinction achievable in the esteemed Category One University in France. Currently serving as the Business Program Coordinator and a faculty member at the Higher College of Technology
(HCT) in Al Ain, UAE, Dr. Anji brings a wealth of expertise to the field.
Her academic journey extends beyond UAE, having served as adjunct faculty at the postgraduate Entrepreneurship Program at Hamdan Bin Mohamed Smart University (HBMSU), UAE, and as part-time faculty at the University of Bahrain (UOB). Dr. Anji held significant roles as the former Director of the MBA program and Entrepreneurship Center, and as an assistant professor at Ahlia
University, Bahrain.
With over 18 years of experience in teaching, research, and consultancy, Dr. Anji's contributions span diverse global landscapes. Certified as a professional Coach-trainer in Entrepreneurship and Leadership by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), USA, in collaboration with the William Davidson
Institute (WDI) at Michigan University, USA, she brings a unique blend of academic and practical insights.
As an accomplished business education expert, Dr. Anji has designed and conducted numerous workshops and training programs in entrepreneurship and business. Her role as a startup’s mentor/coach at the Business accelerator Flat6lab Bahrain and the MENA Startups Acceleration program showcases her commitment to fostering entrepreneurial talent. Additionally, she has served as an external consultant for various companies in the region, further highlighting her impact in the business community.
