I studied architecture at the ETSAB (UPC Barcelona School of Architecture) and complemented my studies at the IIT College of Architecture in Chicago (Illinois Institute of Technology). My Master´s Degree Final Project explores the development of
Barcelona´s old city center, focusing specifically on the urban and social transformations of the Sta. Caterina neighborhood. I have professional experience as an architect in Chicago, Frankfurt, and Köln. Currently, I am highly dedicated to the
academic world and teach in the School of Architecture FH Dortmund - University of Applied Sciences and Arts. I am part of the permanent faculty staff in the departments Design Studio and Building Design Principles, with a big focus on housing and social
sustainability. I also contribute as part of the instructor team for the International Summer School Programme under Erasmus + BIP (Blended Intensive Programme), where Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Brno University of Technology and
Vilnius Gediminas Technical University collaborate to offer a two-week course held once a year, addressing the social role of schools within their neighborhoods.
