Oliana Sula is part of the Department of Management at the Business , Aleksandër Moisiu University of Durrës where she lectures on "Business Ethics," "Business Communication," and "Operations Management” since October 2013.

She earned PhD degree in Management(2020) from the Estonian Business School in Tallinn, Estonia. Her previous academic background is in France, where she obtained a Master of Science in International Management from IAE Lyon III, Université "Jean Moulin" Lyon III(2011), and a Bachelor in Economic Sciences and Management from Université Lyon Lumière Lyon II(2008).

Her research interests include youth entrepreneurship, female entrepreneurship, women's empowerment in business, digital skills, digital transformation of businesses, sustainable development, social responsibility, and consumer ethics. She is an author and co-author of articles in international scientific journals and has participated in international scientific conferences.

She has international teaching experience in Estonia, Spain, and France, and has also trained through Erasmus+ staff exchange
programs in Germany, Spain, and Romania. She has had the opportunity to exchange research experiences in Spain and Argentina. She has provided her expertise in national and international projects funded by foreign donors such as the Agency for Francophone Universities and the European Union.
