With a 22-year career in financial industry teaching and research, Dr. Nataliia Versal has authored over 70 scientific publications, including peer-reviewed articles, conference papers, and textbook chapters. She has presented research results at conferences in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Slovakia, Turkey, and the Czech Republic. She earned her PhD in 2002 with a focus on ‘Financial Methods of State Regulation of Banking Activity’ and her DSc in Economics in 2021, specializing in ‘Adaptation of Banking System to Financial Shocks.’
Dr. Nataliia Versal has been served at the Faculty of Economics at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, evolving from an Assistant to an Associate Professor. Her teaching encompasses different subjects like “Central Bank and Monetary Policy”, “Money and Credit”, and “Financial Stability and Financial Shocks”. Her current role at the Faculty of Business and Economics at Mendel University in Brno further amplifies her academic carrier.
Dr. Nataliia Versal has reach practice of presentations and communication due to participation in USAID projects FINREP II and Financial Sector Transformation. As the Science Communication Coordinator for COST Action DIGI-net, she can share her experience in communication. Also, she got certificate of accomplishment from COST Academia "How to present your research with impact".
