- BIP for PhDs and postdocs focusing on transversal skills development and scientific communication. The BIP will be crafted to address the evolving needs of doctoral candidates, to equip them with a diverse skill set (such as critical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, teamwork, and project management) essential for success in both academic and non-academic realms. A significant component will be devoted to scientific communication proficiency enabling them to articulate complex research findings with clarity and precision. The programme will also emphasise the use of various communication channels and platforms, ensuring that they can engage with diverse audiences and make their research accessible to broader communities.
- Each EMERGE university will nominate 8 candidates for the BIP. In case they are not, they would be transferred to the candidates of other universities. In case more applications than places show up, the selection of the chosen candidates will be left to the criteria of each of the home universities.
