1. Texts: language and Literature
Contributions focused on the linguistic and literary aspects of the original texts of Lazarillo.
2. Translations: foreign and peninsular languages
Proposals that deal with Lazarillo’s translations to different languages.
3. History and Society
Studies of historical and sociocultural aspects of the era in which the masterpiece was written.
4. Didactics of Cultural Events
Contributions on versions and adaptations of the masterpiece, as well as those related to didactics.
The deadline for submitting proposals begins on the 1st January 2019 and ends on the 30th April 2019. Each author can submit, at most, one proposal by sending two documents to the contact email of the organization: silazarillo@udc.es. The subject of the email must contain the thematic area and the first seven words of the title (example: L1 Study of the verbal morphology of Lazarillo). Files must use the following format:
- Summary. 250-300 words and five keywords. File in .doc or .docx (Word) that will be named indicating the thematic area (L1, L2, L3 or L4), the first seven words of the title, separated by an underscore, and the term "anonymous". Example: L1_estudio_de_la_morfología_verbal_del_Lazarillo_anónimo.
- Biodata. Up to 6 lines. File in .doc or .docx (Word) that will be named indicating the thematic area, the first seven words of the title, separated by an underscore, and author's surname and name. Example: L1_Estudio_de_la_morfología_verbal_del_Lazarillo_LópezLópezPedro.
Once the proposal has been assessed, the resolution of the Scientific Committee will be notified to the authors before the 14th June 2019.
