In order to promote greater collaboration on the part of the university and improve access to international students, a maximum of 30% of the total number of places on offer will be reserved for international candidates. Any places not allocated will be added to those available on a general admissions basis. The academic year will run from 1st September to 31st August. The year will be divided into two teaching periods, or terms and the academic activity will be suspended during the month of August, on all public, local and internal holidays, and during the examination and assessment periods.

Students will be entitled to two examination opportunities each year. Exam times for subjects will be set by the school or faculty responsible before the academic year starts.
