Its implementation period covers the years 2024-2025 and its main objectives are the following:

Objective 1. Annual update of the strategy for attracting researcher talent, aligned with the priority scientific areas of the UDC and its research centres.

Objective 2. Increase the attraction of international researcher staff in key research areas, maintaining gender balance and diversity.

Objective 3. Develop a comprehensive care service for international researcher staff during their transfer, incorporation and integration into the UDC.

Objective 4. Strengthen the technical support service for the development of excellent science proposals by attracted and/or retained international researcher staff.

The ultimate aim is to position the UDC as an institution of international reference for the attraction of talent
