About us
LabPlast was born in 2001 with the target of transferring the knowledge acquired in the UDC Polymers Group to companies in the polymeric materials transformation sector.
Its unique infrastructure allows it to provide an integral service in the development of new polymeric materials that can be processed using extrusion or injection techniques.
Over time, specialized technical consulting services became also an important part, because the use of polymeric materials is transversal for many companies whose main business niche is not the transformation of such materials.

In LabPlast we also organize solidarity days and meetings such as Learning and Service. It´s an activity carried out with the students of Industrial Design Engineering and in collaboration with associations such as Cáritas, Xeración, Afal, Teima Down, AxFerrolterra and more.
