Manuel Salvador Araújo holds a Bachelors, a Master and a PhD in Psychology (Minho University) and an Executive Masters degree in organizational leadership and Coaching (EADA, Business School, Barcelona). He holds experience in higher education management, experience as a psychotherapist, trainer, executive coach and consultant.
During twenty five years of professional career has developed knowledge and competences has a Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto in different issues (Psychology, Social Psychology, Interpersonal Communication, Organizational Behavior,
Occupational Health and Quality of Work Life, Leadership and People Management, Leadership and Team Development, ...). His researcher in differences centers (Applied Management Research Unit, UNIAG; PETRO, UAB, Barcelona; CEOS, ISCAP). His research
is focused on, mainly, Positive Organization, Quality of Working Life and Human Resources Management, and is an expert on Bullying at Work, Organizational Behavior, Leadership and Occupational Health Psychology. Currently his research interests in Neuroleadership, Humility Leadership, Teams Productivity, Soft Skills Training, and the Human Impact of Industrial revolution 4.0.He was an important member of the Research Team of UoF project (Universities of Future), of ULISSE project (Understanding, Learning and Improving Soft Skills for Employability) and DeGenus Project (Gender Neutral Tools and Test for Selection Processes) in the lasts 3 years.
