Name: Soufiane Bakri Alaoui
Home Institution: Ecole de Biologie Industrielle (Cergy, France)

I am Dr. Soufiane BAKRI ALAOUI, I have a Ph.D. in Process Engineering earned in 2023 through a joint program between the University of Technology of Compiègne (France) and ENSA El Jadida (Morocco). My research centers on developing sustainable water treatment solutions, leveraging natural adsorbents for innovative approaches like infiltration-percolation and solar distillation, particularly for treating olive mill wastewater. I have also worked extensively on modeling hydrodynamic and hydrodispersive behaviors in porous media.

Currently, I am a lecturer and researcher at the Industrial Biology School in Cergy, France, where I lead courses on fundamental and mechanical unitary operations while supervising student projects on bioprocessing and green solvent synthesis. My professional journey includes teaching at the University of Technology of Compiègne and conducting R&D projects in chemical and environmental engineering with organizations like OCP and Lafarge-Holcim in Morocco.

I have authored multiple reviewed publications and presented my work at international conferences. Proficient in statistical analysis, process optimization, and tools like MATLAB and R, I am fluent in French, English, and Arabic.
