Nikola Petrović is a Ph.D. candidate in Quantitative Management at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, and holds a master's degree in Business Intelligence. He works as a teaching assistant at the Human Resources Department of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, where he teaches courses in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, and e-Learning. His primary interests include learning analytics, learning engagement, and the ethical aspects of the learning process automation. He has published in some of the prestigious journals in the field of education (https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s12528-023-09382-1). He has been teaching about learning and automation for several years at the University of Belgrade, in the master's program at Middlesex University, and at the Universidad Politécnica de Catalunya as part of the Erasmus project.
