In order to act properly is necessary to know the origin of this situation as well as geographic, natural, social, economic, political and architectural realities, being the project an idea that operate on them, not just a consequence of the same. Our job is to open and prepare the game board; the inhabitants will be responsible for moving the pieces.

We face to solve the settlement of 71 families of a "landless" collective; the genesis of "place" as work, living, rest and life.
