The PCR call for grant (Project of Consciousness of Reality) is carried out every year, for the students of University of A Coruña to know about the reality of the South-Countries. In order to do this, they collaborate in a project of International Development or Education for Development, along with a NGO.

The stays at the South-Countries may be from one month to three months. In this time, the person who receives the grant has the opportunity of collaborating at the cooperation field, through the experience of knowing and participating at a project, which is carried out along with the NGO.

The OCV (the Office of Cooperation and Volunteerism of the University of A Coruña) finances the complete trip to the location where the project is developed, as well as the insurance.

Arquitectos Sin Fronteras values the Projects of Knowledge of Reality (PCR is the acronym in spanish) as a possibility for all college students to participate in international cooperation projects for development in developing countries. In this sense, the PCR is a key element for direct collaboration between the university community and NGOs, creating a number of synergies related to the technical, cultural and economic capacities of both agents for improving the living conditions of the most disadvantaged populations.
