Diagnosis Habitat Galicia, Phase I. An analysis of the forces that helped shape the current configuration of a habitat. It is known that the non-urban Galicia has a beautiful landscape, had a spectacular vernacular architecture, and there were built and are building some good quality architectures. But the overall image of the country is a strained territory. And these tensions are particularly relevant in the inhabited environment, that is, in the human habitat. They are forces that are mortgaging human life, altering the quality of the environment and even its productive capacities. Should therefore be introduced into a process of rationality, albeit fait accompli. And for that is necessary, first, knowledge and quantification. |
