Lecturer at the Language Centre-Un. She is a sworn translator (Regional Government of Galicia), B.A. in English (U. Santiago Compostela), B.A. in Translation and Interpreting and Advanced Studies Diploma in Linguistics and Translation (U. Vigo). As a predoctoral student, she participated in R+D+i projects: USC, U.Vigo, U. Pompeu Fabra, Real Academia Galega and Union Latine.

After completing a Pedagogical Aptitude Course (ICE-USC), she worked as Spanish Language Assistant (Gorey Community School-Ireland, Gammel Hellerup Gymnasiu-Denmark), and as Visiting Associate Professor at Brown University (USA). She collaborated as a teacher and translator in NGOs (Spanish Red Cross and Seeds for Change, India). She specialised in SFL at the University of Barcelona (Master in Didactics SFL/L2), Brown University (Certificate: Reflective teaching), Fundación Comillas (Creation of EFP materials), International House (ELE Specialist; Online e-learning tutor), Menéndez Pelayo International University and UK Department of Education (Ireland).
