It is the responsibility of the principal researcher to ensure that the project is carried out in accordance with the documentation submitted and approved by the CEID-UDC in its favorable report.

Any significant modification to the project design must be communicated to the Committee for review and prior approval before fieldwork begins.

Once the research has been completed, the author or principal researcher must notify the CEID-UDC of its completion using the provided template and through the electronic form.
