COURSES TO PREPARE DISSERTATIONS

The Oza University Library organizes training courses focus on how to prepare both Master and Bachelor thesis.

Thanks to these programs you will get to know the main Health Sciences information sources, you will learn tips on how to make high quality bibliographic searches by designing a good search strategy, how to organize and limit your search results, how to create bibliographic alerts to be updated, you will be able to make a bibliography in Vancouver style…and much more.

The length of the courses will be 6 hours of face-to-face classes divided in 2 days and 4 non face-to-face hours using the learning platform Moodle. Once you have completed the course a certificate will be drawn up for you.

To enroll a course it is recommended to bring a minimum of five people and a maximum of ten people together and apply for it in the Library or in the email address oza.bib@udc.es. It is also possible to put one´s name individually in a waiting list.

WELCOME DAYS

The Oza University Library participates in the welcome days that take place at the Oza Campus for the first year students of the Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Nursing degrees. The days begin with the presentation of the service, and in the following days continue with a guided tour of the Library, the delivery of basic documentation and finally a half-hour talk on the rudiments necessary to start moving around the Library and the University.
