It can be used as a rest area by any library user.
Students, teaching and research staff and the PTGAS linked to the Faculty of Sociology and the Faculty of
Communication Sciences may use it as an area for photographic and/or audiovisual work, with prior authorisation
from the library.
Monday to Friday, during library opening hours.
It will be carried out through the UDC's application UDC espazos e horarios udc.
It will be made by one person on behalf of the group. The person making the request will be responsible for the
correct use of the area and equipment.
At least 72 hours in advance and for a maximum period of 2 hours.
The applicant will receive an e-mail informing him/her whether or not his/her application has been authorised.
Failure to oberse the rules may imply that the group has to leave the room or restrictions in it use in future occasions.
