I think someone else needs help

If we see that a person (classmate, student, ... ) shows signs or evidence of feeling psychologically bad, the easiest thing and adequate is to tell him that the UDC has one psychological care service and refer they to the Afrontemos contact. By giving they that information we are providing they with an alternative help. However, they will obviously make a personal decision about their unwell situation and the type of help you want or need.

There are situations in which the simple act of reporting, to that person who worries us, the existence of the Afrontemos program becomes complicated or ineffective and generates more concern or even alarm. Sometimes, you may feel or have evidence that the situation of discomfort or psychological crisis is severe or is getting worse and you do not know how to help.
