a dedication to women and love

sometimes when i am thinking about my life i am overwhelmed by a sense of loneliness. this is particularly true when i think of all the people in my life who i have ever loved or been close to and how i don't get to see people as often as i would like. i feel the absence of their presence, the openness of the spaces in my life which they used to occupy. i am left to somehow go on and through striving to continue i have found solace and joy in making more friends and in building more relationships. it is through this process that i have come to understand myself as a social being. i still mourn the loves i can no longer know or see for one reason or another, but i keep on going and adding to those i love. i continue to love them all.
