




According to the Law 3/2033 (19th June) of Development Aid, the cooperation movement has these main objectives:
a) Give support to less-developed countries, and to those having some parts of their population living in an extreme situation of necessity, so that they could get to an auto sustainable development, respectful with environment and biodiversity, and using endogenous resources.
b) Impulse human resources and materials coming for those countries.
c) Contribute to justice and equality commercial trades, politics and strategies at international community.
d) Be aware of the emergency situations at the less-developed populations, which may require foreign cooperation, with humanitarian aid, or rebuilding or institutional reconstruction.
e) Promote the social participation at cooperation and development actions. Impulse education for development and Galician society's awareness of reality at less-developed countries
