Spring Seminars

Since 2007 we have had a couple of Spring Seminars on English Historical Linguistics we would like to tranform into a tradition.

February 2007 "Genres, Registers and Text-Types: a Historical Approach to English Scientific Writing". Päivi Pahta, Francisco Alonso Almeida and María José Esteve-Ramos accompanied MUSTE members.

April 2008 "Corpus Linguistics and Scientific English, Past and Present". Päivi Pahta, Irma Taavitsainen and Maurizio Gotti accompanied us on this occassion.
