Financial Management Service

The financial management service is an administrative unit dependent on the Management with essential tasks concerning the budget and payments processing, and accounting.

It is divided in three different areas:

• Accounts area (accounting): Drawing up of budget and costs financial accounting, drawing up of staff costs countable documents, tax return, third party registration with Social Security, costs documents archive, etc.
• Treasury area (payment processing): Direct payments files processing, ACF payments, budget and financial accounting of income and costs entries, non-budget income and payments, budget accounting and financial accounting of income and costs entries, non-budget income and payments, conciliations, etc.
• Budget area (budget processing): Introduction of the budget into the computing system, introduction of changes on credits, income financial and budget accounting, invoice issue, countable documentation archive, etc
