The financial management service is an administrative unit dependent on the Management with essential tasks concerning the budget and payments processing, and accounting.
It is divided in three different areas:
- Accounts area (accounting): Drawing up of budget and costs financial accounting, drawing up of staff costs countable documents, tax return, third party registration with Social Security, costs documents archive, etc.
- Treasury area (payment processing): Direct payments files processing, ACF payments, budget and financial accounting of income and costs entries, non-budget income and payments, budget accounting and financial accounting of income and costs entries, non-budget income and payments, conciliations, etc.
- Budget area (budget processing): Introduction of the budget into the computing system, introduction of changes on credits, income financial and budget accounting, invoice issue, countable documentation archive, etc
