Patrimony, Inventory and Economic Management Service

This service is organized into three different areas, and has the following functions:

• The Patrimony and Inventory Area has as its main function the patrimony management of the University of A Coruña and also it is in charge of the identification of all the goods its fixed assets (material and non material).
• The Economic Management Area has as its main function the processing and monitoring of the cost files related to building execution, services offer, supplying and maintenance in the administrative contracting area.
• The Contracting Area has as its main function the preparatory actions and contract awarding on administrative contracting.
