Motor control in parkinson disease

Among the clinic symptoms displayed by Parkinsonian patients, motor disorders are specially conspicuous, due to the functional loss of the connections between the basal ganglia  and the motor and premotor cortex. The objective is to develop a protocol of motor activity through the utilization of imposed external rhythms, since we have observed that the imposition of those protocols improves patient’s motor execution. We utilize actigraphic, polysomnographic and PET techniques.
