The LynX Working Papers is a series of working documents on interlingual and intercultural communication, published as a supplement to the journal LynX: A Monographic Series on Linguistics and World Perception. The series is conceived as a forum for debate on the broad topic of intercultural communication, including its sociolinguistic, psycholinguistic, and interlinguistic dimensions. Contrastive linguistic studies, work on translation and interpretation, second-language teaching and learning in natural and academic contexts, language contact and interference, interethnic interaction, and monolingual interaction as an expression of intercultural communication, are some of the issues that LynX Working Papers addresses in its pages.

LynX Working Papers accepts original works written in any major language. Manuscripts should be 20-40 pages long, double-spaced, at 12 points. Footnotes rather than endnotes are recommended. Information on electronic formats supported will be provided upon manuscript submission.

LynX Working Papers is published by the Centro de Estudios sobre Comunicación Interlingüística e Intercultural, Departament de Teoria dels Llenguatges, Universitat de València, Spain, in cooperation with the Departamento de Lingüística Xeral e Teoría da Literatura, Universidade da Coruña, Spain.
