The Linguistic Standardisation Service is entrusted with the following functions:

• Correction of documents in galician.
• Linguistic advice on the material of the different administrative units.
• Doubt-solving and orientation regarding terminology.
• Correction of teaching material, notes, articles...
• Galician language courses at beginners and advanced levels.
• Courses on administrative language aimed particularly towards administration and services staff.
• Organization of symposiums, congresses, courses, etc. on topics related to galician language and literature.
